Glasgow International Airport is located 8 miles west of downtown, near the towns of Paisley and Renfrew. Glasgow is the busiest in Scotland, the three major airports, with 55 million pounds in an expansion program during the 1980s the increase in terminal size by 70% now serve 8.8 million passengers per year . More than 40 airlines and tour operators currently use its two runways to over 90 destinations, and further expansion is planned to increase the number of passengers per year to an estimated 16 million.
There are two terminal buildings at the airport and the main terminal 2 (T2), which was built in 2004 in response to the growing number of passengers. When you arrive at the airport, rent a car is the best option to move, there are four major car hire companies at the airport near the baggage area of the United Kingdom which is located on the ground floor arrivals area. It can also provide chauffeur driven cars and limousines at the Glasgow International Airport.
If you prefer to take a taxi from the airport, then the range is located at the front of the terminal building near the arrivals. Taxis at the airport are managed by Cabfly and operate 24 hours a day.

The service is lost in the room billing on the ground floor (the main terminal building). It is operated by the Bureau of THS and is open 09:30 to 16:00 every day.
